The format of this teacher certification program is 7 months that includes 27 weeks of weekly 3.5 hr asana lesson plans and 7 two day weekend intensives for A&P, Yoga Methodology and Yoga Philosophy (15-hour days). However, you can modify the curriculum to be a weekend course, 9-month, yearlong or one month course.
Kit includes:
* A 350+ page curriculum manual with 27 weeks of easy-to-follow lesson plans that you can adapt to your style of teaching yoga and use as a guide to develop your own manual. The manual is in a WORD file format for easy editing and also in a PDF format for immediate printing. In addition, you receive a PDF file with 95 color cards that include Asanas for use with students, and many business files for setting up a yoga school. (see photos below)
